Dr. Brianna Rafetto – Owner Dentist

Hello! My name is Brianna Rafetto, and I am excited to join the Bright Dental family! I was born in Hockessin, DE, and then moved to Kennett Square, PA, where I attended middle and high school at Unionville Chadds-Ford School District. I am the oldest of four children and am very close with my three younger siblings, Chelsea, Chad, and Tyler. I especially love spending time with them down “the shore” in Ocean City, NJ – my favorite place in the world! My father is an Orthodontist, and my uncle is an Oral Surgeon in Delaware, so I feel like I have been connected to the Delaware dental community my entire life. I grew up playing multiple sports, but my absolute favorite was volleyball. Some of my proudest accomplishments were being selected as the “All-Area Player of the Year,” being selected for the Pennsylvania All-State team, and breaking my school’s record for most career and single-season kills during my senior year.

After High School, I attended University of Delaware where I majored in Psychology and minored in Business Administration. Following my college graduation, I attended Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry where I obtained my Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree. I then moved back to Delaware as I was accepted into the General Practice Dental Residency program at Christiana Care’s Wilmington Hospital.

My education at Temple Dental School and Christiana’s GPR provided me with a vast amount of experience and allowed me to cultivate many clinical skill sets. During my extensive training, I gained tremendous experience in highly specialized fields of dentistry, such as complex oral surgery procedures, advanced prosthodontics (crowns and bridges), and cosmetic restorative treatments, including Invisalign treatment.

I am thrilled to be welcomed as the newest member of the Bright Dental family and am eager to meet each and every one of you! You can count on me to continue to provide our patients with honest, gentle, and high-quality dental information and care that you are accustomed to from Dr. Bright.
